Jay Cutler is a Head Case

There is definitely something wrong with this dude. Now he is saying that he is surprised the Broncos are trying to trade. He said he never asked to be traded and loves Denver. You can't have it both ways. I don't care how talented this guy is, something ain't right. I would think twice about trading for him. He looks to be another T.O. It's all about him.

I agree to an extent! But let me rant here too:

You say he can't have it both ways... I totally agree. I did not hear those reports of him saying that he never asked to be traded, but I'll take your word for it... However...

We can't have it both ways EITHER!!! And when I say we, I mean, we as fans...
WE CAN'T HAVE IT BOTH WAYS EITHER!!!
PART 1: Put yourself in his shoes. You are a youthful, talented salesman. You've been told this all your professional life by your wife, your colleagues, your kids, and hey, even the competiton... And by most people's standards, you are indeed very talented. Then this new boss comes in to the picture and GOES BEHIND YOUR BACK to search for someone better. Well that right there wouldn't make me feel good. Would you feel good about that? Wait don't answer that yet. Then, the headhunters comeback to your new boss and say, yo know that top salesman at the other firm... couldn't get him. We tried but it just didn't work out... You get wind of this and confront your new boss about it and HE LIES TO YOU about it... How are you going to act???
PART 2: Droves of people can't buy his jersey, stand in an hour-long line for his autograph and initially take his side on this dispute between the coach and him AND THEN even begin to think that the way he's acting is egregious... He's 23 or 24 years old... He has been told his entire life that he's the shit! Meatballs buy thousands and thousands of Cutler jerseys and wait for his autograph and he's coddled and told he's the best and people endure (at times in Denver) artic conditions just to watch him play... Now we are to scoff and say: "My God, he's acting like a petulant child!" and "This guy is a head case!" No, no, no! I'm sorry! We (as fans) build up this monster and we'd be no worse than he is if we whined when he throws a fit and blows off trying to mend the relationship with his coach... WE, TOO, CAN'T HAVE IT BOTH WAYS!
