UTEP -9' Over Oregon State?

Is it just me or does anyone else think this line is completely out of wack. I know UTEP is home but Oregon State had a 20 point lead over them in the second half last night. I can't see where the home court is worth that much. I thought UTEP would be about a 5 point favorite at the most. Was thinking about taking UTEP but with what appears to be an overly inflated line I am thinking about going the other way. Jusat wondered what anyone else thought.

That is very high. I did OSU last night. I'm thinking small on UTEP maybe.
