I agree that more information would be helpful sometimes but after thinking about it it only gives more fuek to the bashers. Usually when some one has posted a play with an unusual reason hey post it. I do enjoy reading some of the well thought out posts but I do not think anyone is lazy because they don't give reasons. Many times the reasons are different for two cappers on the same game. This site is awesome with the way it is run and the cappers that come back day after day play after play win or lose and share the plays. I don't want to see it messed up because of wanting more insight. If i want it I'll ask before the game tips and maybe I'll get an answer maybe not but I'll not call anyone lazy for not posting. Just my degenerate opinion.

With jobs and family coming first for most of us,we spend enough time picking our games and posting them,so I don't see me taking another 30 minutes to an hour explaining why I picked them is needed.

That being said,I would like to see maybe a reason on some of the GOY's.Alot of people see GOY for some guys and they bet more money than they should following that guy and his play. It but it would be nice to see a reason for the biggies just cause more followers might bet more money.Only time I would say an explanation is needed.

well put....I for one have NEVER refused to give someone my reasons for a game, especially my highest rated one......and don't recall too many not replyng either.....GG is constantly being asked as to why he likes a team so much, and ALWAYS, I mean ALWAYS has the decency courteousy to reply....

But after many seasons, I myself, and numerous others have made enough posts here, for people to know whether to follow, fade, or ignore....Let's ask Spark every day in MLB why he likes a team.....with his record being a proven winner.....NOT to be questioned...

also agree that 2 cappers or more may have numerous different reasons for liking a side......

People like CoverBoy who not only makes good picks, in a humorous way, he ALWAYS includes a write up.....He has the time to do that, works hard at it, and shares with us.....Should we ask him to add some reasons as to why he likes a team....NOT....

CoverBoy could just throw out the Rotation # and no line, and I'd play it.....

FootBall Coach who is steady, throws em out there, no explanation, none needed.....Same for many more....

Either you like em or you don't.....Hell a new person, like TNBreaker can come in here, get hot, no explanations (write ups), and members learned to respect and follow his capping capabilities.....

Wayne....one of the steadiest cappers here, doesn't throw out a write up, unless it's his GOY in a certain sport.....He does this out of respect for others to see his logic and reasoning.....His record speaks for itself, all he has to do is say GOY, and watch the members say I'm on it.....

Just don't understand GrandMaMa's logic, or lack of on this one....

Baylor stronger rated (sagarin), getting 3 against Auburn, but going with the Hot Home team....


Florida seeded higher and HOME, but giving up too many points to me.....Their D is not good enough to give up 10 1/2....Top 25 rating of SAGARIN (teams they've played in Sag top 25), has Penn St with a record of 4-3, Fla 1-1, I don't feel HOME court is worth this much....

Kaptian, try to relax, and not try to make my comments all about you. Sorry I did not mention your name when I made a comment about people not stating reasons why they make their plays. Please do not try to stir things up, and shut out my plea for us to work together more. If you read my statement that I made about "write ups" I never said that anyone had to write 2 pages on why they made a pick. Griswold generally write a sentence of two and that is enough. I know you are trying to bait me into an argument, but I'm not going to do it. My message is about everyone as a whole. Congrats on your past week! Sorry I did not include you, but I do stand by what I said earlier about how most people on here had a sub par week. I also said that I did not post any plays myself, so I'm not CLAIMING THAT I'M BETTER THAN ANYONE ELSE. But the fact is simple. People that do not work together and believe that their plays are better than anyone else's is ARROGANT and the a sign of VERY SELF-ABSORTION that is not progressive, and collectively beneficial to this community as a whole. Finally, if one is either: too arrogant or scared to take someone's opposing view or some chumps questioning, or bashing on why they made a play, I think is a sign that either: they're really not confident in their play to begin with, or too arrogant to believe that someone would have the audacity to question their play.

So with that said............ I LIKE MIZZZU +4. WHY? Well, a few reasons. One, I really do think that the media as a whole, is forcing the notion that Memphis has the best D in the country. Yes, they have good stats, but I think they're a bit inflated because most of their games were against sub par teams with an RPI rank above 100. Second, people believe that T. Evans is one of the best PG in the country. The kid is good, but his assist to turnover ration is not the same when he faces decent competition. I know Mizzu does not have the best guards in the country, but I think their pressure as a whole will create havoc, and he will be prone to turn the ball over more. Finally, Memphis has not lost a CUSA game since guess who? You know it: UAB, when they were coached by Mike Anderson. He has experience coaching against them, and he knows what it takes to beat them: Full-court pressure. So, with that said, do not hesitate to question my pick,and any opposing feedback is welcomed. Lets start small, and break this game down as much as we can: TOGETHER.
