Sup fellas? How has everyone been doing? Havent bet in about a month but am definately throwing down some heavy action on the Madness starting tomorrow. Best 4 days of the year IMO. A bunch of buddies get together every year at this time and chill out its like a ritual. Now which one of you should my jinx ass follow over these next few days?

I'm psyched gonna be home from 2:30 tomorrow all the way through Sunday, with my DirectTV package, that means I'll only miss 3 of the first 48 games, one of those being my boys in Tiger blue

Honestly dude I dont follow the shit much but I thought Memphis lost a lot of their players to the NBA from last years finals team? How can they possibly be any better regardless of that CONF USA winning streak or whatever? Defensively for sure but didnt they lose their offensive weapons?

Sure did, but its a different team. However they kept a few key guys (names to look for: Taggart, Dozier and Anderson), they also have an outstanding freshmen point guard (Evans), who since he has been inserted into the starting line-up hasn't lost a game.

Last year's team was highlited by missed FTs and lack of defense, two things which have improved drastically from last year. The new problems, like you said are the loss of explosiveness from guys like Rose and Douglas-Roberts. The team kept 3 of the 5 starters from last year, and has added the NCAA freshman of the year. They also have four guys averaging double digits.

This team, IMO, and I follow them pretty close, is just as good as last year, they lack some places from last year, but have improved other places. And maybe this year, if we're up 3 with 10 seconds left, we'll foul before they put a J on us, send it to OT and leave me with my head in the shitter

Yea thats the dudes Rose and Douglas Roberts the loss of them might be too much. I have them losing to either Mizzou or UCONN on of the two regardless. I will be shocked if they make it past these two teams let alone the finals. Those two dudes were CRUCIAL in last years finals team IMO from what I remember watching...
