USA has played poorly, Netherlands has surprised. But, let's be realistic -- the Dutch have no quality ML offense outside of Randall Simon (fringe ML starter) and while Rick Van den Hurk has been quite good in WB Classic, he is a very mediocre young Marlins pitcher, who is going to be grossly outclassed by the US lineup. Losing to Puerto Rico was embarrassing, but I think they will come to hit, and I think that Roy Oswalt will have a very easy time working quickly through this lineup.
If the line were total Dutch runs at 1.5, I would take the under, so I know I love the US to score 5 or more runs in this game.
