Let's see: would LeBron have faired better with Odom and Gasol or Ilgauskis and Varijow? You get my point! I mean I can't even spell their names! And you know what: I ain't spending my time to try and look them up! SERIOUSLY!!! Next question!
Give me Varijow over Odom in the playoffs. That guy gets so scared and hides anytime the spotlight gets big. But I see your point.
I believe everyone has an opinion and a preference with this topic debating players....as to best bball player...best qb...best rb...for every reason you think of someone has a different one as to why they like someone else...not sure why ya try to even debate this...
Misleading stat IMO because Lebron is getting more free looks from outside, the coaches know why, because he sucks as an outside threat - that is a fact. Most of his baskets are in the paint or dunks.
Kobe shoots 86% from the foul line, LB 76%.
I never questioned who was better at the line. And I agree that Kobe is a better jump shooter, but not by as much as you would like to think. LJ drives to the hole better. He is a 6'7" freak of nature.
As for your ascertion that teams should just pack it in and let him shoot...I mean no disrespect as I count myself, but if a bunch a yahoos on the internet think it is so easy, you don't think the coaches of the NBA would try this already? He is not as bad a shooter as you make him out to be.
He has no other threat on his team and he has 7 freaking assists playing a forward position. 7!!!!! By best player, doesn't that mean making others around you better? Kobe doesn't do it as well as LJ and he has more to wrok with!

You talking about the same sagging ass dog nuts that beat Lebron out of the playoffs as well?
KB...you could have suited up for the Cavs last year and made their 9 man rotation...not the 8 man, but the 9 man rotation! They took Bos to 7 games and didn't get waxed by a bazillion in the deciding game!
