Here are the rules:

1. You must pick exactly 5 sides per week, Money Lines Only, No Run Lines
2. Pitching changes still count so take that into consideration
3. If a game is rained out you that does not count against your 5 picks for the week.
4. Closing lines from scoresandodds will be used (IE, Current lines)
5. Winner for the first half of the season which is when the all-star break occurs will be the person with the most units won. In case of a tie a tie-breaker to be determined later will be made up.
6. This contest is for regular posting members! If you're not a regular posting member you can play, however you must contribute outside of the contest! Which means posting plays, talking sports, talking non gambling. You cannot just go around wishing people good luck or gl.
7. You can make more than 1 side pick per day, but only 1 post per day. In other words if you make a side pick early in the day you cannot come back later that day to make another pick.



You have to go back to March of 2007 to find the posts for this contest. Just a suggestion here guys thats all.

2. Pitching changes still count so take that into consideration

The other Contest ran by Wayne had the following rules:

Rules:

#1 - Pick one Underdog and one Favorite every Saturday during the MLB Season. Each game will count as One Unit each.

#2 - You can pick any game of your choice for each.

#3 - Closing lines from scoresandodds will be used. You will be credited one way or the other for whatever it says there unless obvious error is noted.

#4 - If you fail to make picks you will be given a (0-2) -3.00 Unit record for that week. It will be -1.00 unit for the dog and -2.00 unit for the favorite.

#5 - If you pick 2 games and the closing line shows them both as favorite's or dogs you will be given that same (0-2) -3.00 unit record. Make sure the line is not too close to even so this doesn't happen either way.

#6 - This contest will run through the World Series. Every Saturday during the Playoffs and World Series the games will go from one unit each to three units each.

#7 - Picks will be made in the weekly thread ONLY and can be done well in advance of Saturday. I will try to get the thread up by Monday or Tuesday of each week. You will be able to look ahead at pitching matchups and post your plays if you are not going to be around.

#8 - DO NOT post a price or a pitcher with your teams. PLEASE post 2 team names and that's it, i'll do the rest!

Any preference from you guys? Probably would be easier to do it one day a week for everybody. Will start looking for a prize/prizes.

I have extra time on my hands most every day and only plan to be away for maybe like 10 or 12 days during the regular season which I can easily make up in a day or so when i get back. Again just a suggestion here fellas and my offering to help.

If you're willing to track 5 days a week then we might do that. That means you have to post a thread for each day.
