There are many to chose from , but since you live just a few minutes south of me in the great flatlands I would suggest U.S. Offtrack.com , or simobets.com , or racebook.com . I would go with the 1st. one as they are ran by the state of Oregon and top-notch in every aspect.

Gald you signed up , and you can speed things up with a fax machine ( signing papers ) . The track at Bluffs in Iowa and its what we call in the trade a " Raceino " because they offer gambling also in the vegas tradition. You are not far from it as the crow flys and its a great day to explore all it has to offer and the surrounding area.
