I would say so, the Utah Jazz has always been well coached by Jerry Sloan and he is the longest tenured coach in the NBA. That stability has to be due to the owners vision.
The Jazz still do things the right way and play as a team. I like watching them play. Of course watching Stockton and Malone for many years was fun.
