Kapt. Something going on with Ark LR/Ark State. Now the line is up to State -2.5 from a PK earlier but public split about 50/50 on game. There should not be a 2.5 linemove for no reason. Good Luck with your Rock and as always, thanks for including the rotation numbers. That's a huge help, especially when you don't have much time before the game starts.
