Coming off a loss with Boise at Fresno State the other night, making my last three Special Plays in a little slump at 0-2-1. Tonight the Lakers are at Utah with more that 75% of the public on the Lakers so far. This is the first game at Utah between these two since the playoffs last year, won by the Lakers in 6, although Utah was 2-1 SU at home but just 1-2 at LA.
Historically, this has always been a Home Team series with Utah at home 21-11 SU since 1996 but a bad 12-19 SU at LA. The Home and Away factor plays an even bigger part tonight. As great as the Lakers have been so far this season, their road record 18-5 SU is not any better than Utah's 20-6 SU home record. Utah is rested, not playing since Sunday at Golden State, while the Lakers looked tired at home last night, against a last place team, after a 6 game road trip in just 10 days and here they are the very next day, at Utah. I'm looking for a very tired Lakers team to come up short on their jump shots from tired legs, while Utah is the Lakers equal when home. The line is anywhere from LA favored by 1 to Utah favored by 1. I just played Utah plus a point although most places are at a Pick now. I'll use the line you should be getting so, call this the TIRED LEGS play and........

I forgot to add that this is also a Reverse Line play for those that follow those plays. Lakers opened -2.5, now down to Pick.
