Baylor sucks, and I swore that team off a few weeks ago after Kansas ewnt to Baylor and kicked their teeth in. They haven't beaten anyone this year, losing to almost every decent team they have played. People have been on their jock all year, but it is time to go the other way. I took OU -3 this morning thinking that everyone and their brother is going to be on them and have that line up to -5 by gametime. Like most of you, I don't normally like riding the public, but sometimes it is the right call. It also seems this year these "joe public" games have been hitting more than in year's past. No stats to back that up, just my perception.

Easy money going against the Bears anytime they face anyone worthwhile.

this line has me completely baffled as well...even if Baylor wasn't on a 5 game slide this is the worst possible matchup for the bears b/c they don't have anyone that can come close to containing blake griffin...if the bears put their best 5 on the court its 4 guards and a forward and they're severly outsized..if they put more height into the game they are severly outgunned....this line is weird like emmit smith's beard.

i've got ou -3...seems like a safe bet.

Your analysis turned out to be right on, Gin. Bears did a pretty good job defending Griffin for most of the game even though he did get get his 21st double-double of the season. Austin Johnson and Willie Warren made the jump shots, though, from downtown Dallas all the way to the bottom of the net in Waco. And Patillo has turned out to be the wild card for OU. Can't believe he was redshirted til January. Baylor played hard, made a couple of runs, and still got beat by 15. Sooners caught a few lucky breaks, also...something that doesn't happen too often on the conference road.
