You guys know him better than I do but he just seems like a pretty good guy.That don't always mean a good thing.Jim Mora Jr here at the falcons seemed like a good guy but he was to easy on his guys and had no respect from his players.I feel like Edwards didn't always have the best players but he did have there respect.

Herm does seem like a good guy,,,but I don't think he can coach worth a lick...Shann is a great coach...KC will be on the rise.

Yes hes a good guy, but he never knows when to shut the f up! To everyone in KC that follows this team knows what I mean. He has an explanation for everything, and another story to back that one up. When the media asks him a question here he just rambles on forever, and tries to write a story book. Herm isnt tough enough, and I think Carl Peterson was in the way also. New GM new coach. It had to be done. GL Chefs!

Some are saying Shanahan isn't likely to be the replacement.Bet Chucky was on the first plane out of Tampa bound for KC
