              Tips and Trends
              -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

#8 Syracuse at #1 Pittsburgh [ESPN | 7 PM ET]

Syracuse: The Orange got exactly what they needed on Saturday following a brutal 88-74 loss at Georgetown. They crushed Notre Dame 93-74 behind six players who scored in double figures and were led by Arinze Onuaku's 19 points, eight rebounds and four blocks. Onuaku is one of the nation's top shooters at 70.2 percent even though he has struggled mightily from the free-throw line (38.7 percent). “It was a tremendous win,” Syracuse head coach Jim Boeheim said. “You have to bounce back in this league. We had tremendous balance and that was the difference in the game.”

Syracuse is 6-13 ATS in its last 19 Monday games.
The UNDER is 21-10 in Syracuse's last 31 Monday games.

Key Injuries - G Scoop Jardine (shin) is OUT.

              PROJECTED SCORE: 67

Pitt (-8.5, O/U 146): The Panthers are looking to rebound from their first loss of the season on Saturday, a 69-63 setback at Louisville. Forward DeJuan Blair was limited to just 20 minutes of action due to foul trouble while point guard LeVance Fields committed six of Pitt's season-high 20 turnovers. “This game will help,” Fields said afterwards. “Nobody wants to lose, but it’s always good to get a loss on yourself so you know you’re not unbeaten - so you know somebody can beat you.”

Pitt is 5-1 ATS in the last 6 meetings.
The UNDER is 7-3 in the last 10 meetings.

              Key Injuries - NONE

PROJECTED SCORE: 80 (Side Play of the Day)

Texas A&M at Kansas [ESPN | 9 PM ET]

Texas A&M: The Aggies are coming off a tough 69-63 home loss to Oklahoma on Saturday after battling back from big deficits twice. They trailed 19-6 early and then 51-37 late before going on a 15-5 run to cut the lead to four and could not get any closer. "That one hurts," Texas A&M head coach Mark Turgeon said. "I thought my kids never stopped trying (today). We just started bad again."

Texas A&M is 7-2 ATS in its last 9 road games.
The UNDER is 7-2 in Texas A&M's last 9 games vs. Big 12.

              Key Injuries - NONE

PROJECTED SCORE: 61 (UNDER - Total Play of the Day)

Kansas (-10, O/U 137): The Jayhawks have won five of their last six games, with the lone loss coming at Michigan State back on January 10th. They are coming off an impressive 73-56 win at Colorado on Saturday behind 18 points from Sherron Collins, who scored 15 of those in the first half. Kansas has won nine of the last 10 meetings with Texas A&M but has gone just 2-3 ATS in the last five.

Kansas is 13-5 ATS in its last 18 games overall.
The OVER is 7-3 in Kansas' last 10 games overall.

              Key Injuries - NONE

              PROJECTED SCORE: 71
