I like gruden, I think he is a decent coach but by no means is he or his record untouchable.

I do believe though if youre going to fire him you better have a decent candidate in the wings ready to replace him.

Great, he won a SB, what, 6 years ago and with a team assembled by another regime!

Let's see:

1) TB missed the playoffs 4 of the 6 seasons since,

2) They have exactly 2, yes, 2 wins in the month of December the past 3 seasons,

3) They went from 9-3 to 9-7 in the blink of an eye including a season-ending loss to the Raiders (which, IMO, is brutal to say the least)

4) If you watch TB on a consistent basis, the offense is so "tired"...I know the defense stunk the last 4 games of this year, but this offense never improved.

5) Gruden is anti-young franchise QB and won't even give a young guy a chance.
