yep, I heard that the other day. I suspect Kentucky will slide into the top 25 after crushing TN @ TN last night, but you are right, a sad state of affairs right now.
I still can't grasp while Georgia has sucked so bad for so long.
Hey, don't forget the SEC has been the National Champs two of the last three years though. Sucks that is has to be Florida though.

Freaking Florida has a damn monopoly on the league right now
I was pretty shocked to hear this stat as well. With the tradition of Kentucky, it boggles my mind how they can't stay in the top 10 much less the top 25. Has Gillespie been that much of a flop??? Florida and their recent dominance. Tennessee's rise with Bruce Pearl not seemingly keeping with the expectations of this year. Heck, Bama has had some decent teams recently.
Hmmm I see it differently. Florida has helped to keep SEC Teams in the Limelight for two years. Time some other teams from the conference muscle up and show what this conference is made of. Oh, It really comes down to the momentum at the end of the year. I believe we will see somebody step up.
College Sports go in CYCLES. Remember in the 80's and 90's the Miami and FSU Dominated Football and Duke in the 90's. Oklahoma in the 80's and Nebraska football in the 90's. It just goes in cycles. Thats all. See the shitty USC teams of the 90's but the great USC teams of the 2k era.
Good,Honest Handicapping. Florida Tebow 24-Oklahoma Bradford 14, Jan 09'
I know we can't play a lick ( ole miss ) . Way back when i was in school i bet i never went to five games in six years, we are the best at drinking and kicking up some hell now and then lol, it's a wonder it wasn't 7 years!!!!!
Unless you live in North Carolina,Louisville or somewhere else in the Big East, basketball don't mean shit.I would rather have an SEC title in football over a National title in basketball

Thats because you have man tits and you like Indian poosay
Yeah, it does seem to follow that the better football conferences are the weaker basketball conferences, and vice versa. I guess if you are a top basketball player you are going to go to a university where where basketball is first, like most of the ACC schools. If you are a top football player you are going to lean to a school where football rules, like the SEC.
