No delay of game??????

I'm not one to preach fix. But this smells funny and is rubbing me the wrong way. Yes the Titans turned the ball over three times and twice in the red zone. However, that 3rd down play clearly should have not counted. Heap made a great catch, but should of been 3rd and long again.


Congrats to Balty bettors. Maybe I'm over reacting anythouhgts?

I don't think it was due to any fixing, but that was a horrible non-call. I just had Tenn teased +7, so it didn't really affect me, but that sucks for Titans fans and bettors.

in the nfl, the ref has to see the play clock hit 0, then look down for a snap, then blow the whistle before the ball gets hiked. Which makes the whole delay of game penalty subjective. Sometimes they call it once it hits 0, and sometimes they wait three seconds before they blow the whistle.

if you saw the replay, the play clock hit zero and 1 second ticked off the game clock when the ball was snapped. byt the time the official looked at his watched the ball was snapped. happens all the time.

did anyone think flacco ran out of the back of the endzone on that 3rd down play at the 1? i thought it was obvious and they didnt replay it which doesnt suprise...cbs stinks i had balt btw so the delay of game no call was welcomed

There were 7 no calls in the pitt/ balt game a few weeks ago. All would have been against pitt.

Replay on Sportscenter showed he clearly stayed inbounds.
