I watched the whole game genius. It was poor coaching. How do you not let the Heisman winner take the game in his hands with at least one pass play in the first half? You don't think that made a difference when you run the same run play over and over? Give me a break. Fine, he threw a pick before the half. Was it not in the hands of his receiver first? Say what you will, but momentum matters. If OU has the lead, you think it's the same game? Easy to talk trash when things roll your way after those plays. I won money on a teaser so I'm not spitting sour grapes. I thought OU played well enough to win, especially on D. Read my post. Coaching cost OU this game. You have no clue if you think otherwise.

Bradford was the one who choked. Stoops didn't throw the pick on the one yd line or miss the block on the LB. The players choked. No balls when the game was on the line.

Look, I agree that he sucks in bowls but Stoops got them there. He gets great recruits and talent. This isn't the friggin NHL where you fire a guy for losing 2 games in a row when you are walking into the playoffs. He puts a great team on the field year after year and was honestly lucky to be in this position considering how the BCS works. Was he outcoached? Absolutely. But there's no way to can him for winning each season.

Coaches getting fired happens in any league not NHL WTF is that supposed to mean hokie another clear shot at me living in Canada watching NHL in my igloo right? Yea I have no clue when a coach calls plays that lose big games and is what 0-5 in BCS Bowl games huh quite the fucking resume. Also coaching OU you get all these awesome recruits handed to you on a gold platter and still cant get it done. How well would this all high and mighty Stoops coach a team with half the talent level provided to him??

This is is not trash talking, not sure how you read that into my comments. KB and I are good. This was a close game, its not like Gators stomped them out. Both are good teams. Coaching is just as much part of the game as playing the game. Playcalling killed them? I love it when people say this. Who the hell knows what would have happened had they called a different play in different situations. Could be pick-6 in those "other" situations.

Yea its not Stoops fault for calling the exact same run play twice on 2nd and 3rd and goal from the 1 which resulted in a turnover on downs. Or calling that run play again on 3rd and 2 which resulted in a blocked FG. Its not his fault for failing to calll plays that put the ball in his Heisman QB's arm in crucial situations. Its also not his fault whatsoever for going what 0-5 in BCS Bowl games huh..

C'mon guys, Richt's comments are all in fun. He, vols, myself and KB have been bantering back and forth on the SEC and Big 12. KB knows it's all in fun. We would have expected KB to post the same stuff if Sooners won.

Very tight game between two pretty equal teams. I think the better team won, and OU didn't outplay Florida. Coaching is part of the game, and Stoops' staff was inferior last night. The first half OU didn't capitalize in the redzone, but Florida has a top 5 redzone defense for a reason, those plays weren't fluky, FLorida stepped up and made some plays. OU was moving the ball well in the first half, but halftime adjustments were made and OU did NOTHING in the 2nd half offensively, while Tebow decided to get back to what he did in past years, put the team on his back and win the game. Running with determination, and sprinkled in some huge throws.

Congrats Gators, even though it hurts to say that.
