My wagering partner just sent me this list of "touts" who are riding Tulsa tonight. -- it's a veritable who's who of scammers. If anybody else follows this sort of garbage, you'll know that the percentage of these games that seem to have a unanimous play from the touts that actually win is unbelievably low.
