A weird thought about the SC/Iowa total

Whenever there are holiday basketball games I like the under because players are in a funk playing earlier than normal, and that affects offense more than defense. Does that hold water in football too? Since the offense needs more precision, would that be shaky in a game that kicks off at 10AM local time? Any thoughts/ideas?

Especially after New Years, even if they didn't go out, were they up watching Dick Clark drop the ball til 12+, then a bus to the stadium at like 7:30
