I lost Sunday on a lackluster Missouri team. Chase Daniel, like Boise's Ian Johnson, has managed to get worse every year.

For starters, a bad SEC team is better than a good ACC team. But Vandy isn't that bad. While they lost a lot of games down the stretch, Florida was the only team to blow them out. They have an excellent defense and gave up more than 24 points only once and that was Florida! BC has no offense and has fattened its points total by an amazing number of defense and special teams scores. This is Vandy's first bowl in 26 years(!!!) and it is a very big deal. THIS IS A HOME GAME FOR VANDERBILT (Nashville) and one of the most menaingful games in the program's recent history. I look for a top effort.
