Kaptains "Follow the moving lines" plays for MONDAY
The lines for NCAA FB have been fluncuating all day, and I'm gonna try and place em now, as they are where I feel comfortable with em...............Sides go down, totals go up, and vice versa......

Not touching the totals at all, even in teasers......feel they are where they belong w/ a variance of 7 either way, up or down, so too close to call for me......
PS.....I think NC St wins outright.....Might just play a token 1* on ML....
