Kaptains "HAWAII BOWL"
Lines are
ND - 2 1/2/total set at 49
ND has played a slightly, and I mean slightly better SOS, and went 6-6, whereas Hawaii has gone 7-5....
Both teams are fairly equal in TYPG, PYG, RYG....Defensively, both are about the same.....Both score about the same, and Hawaii gives up about 3 more per game than ND....
Last 9 year record for ND in BOWLS, is terrible, contrastly, the last several Hawaii has been in is good....
HAWAII 3rd string QB has fared weel in his starts since replacing injured first 2 QB's....Was against lesser opponents though....
ND QB has improved from last year, but still has tendency to throw INT's.....Both have similar styles of FB, since HAWAII is no longer relegated to just the Shotgun offense, and both fare evenly on Defense....
Here's where I see the difference.....Home teams are generally allowed an additional 2-4 pts per game, when comparing the spread, and several schools, such as BOISE ST, and HAWAII generally allow 7-7 1/2......
HAWAII started out a 1 1/2 pt fav, and the Public has rolled that around to ND - 2 1/2.....As figured, the name ND, and the fetish fans have for Weiss (ND Coach), was IMO, allowed for when oddsmakers layed the line.....
Cross country travel for ND, home field and crowd for HAWAII, on 2 evenly matched teams, and the HOME team getting points...
you know where I'm going with this......I see a 27-24 game....Hawaii on top....If ND QB is having one of his bad (INT) days, I see it 31-24 HAWAII....thus, here's my plays...
20* plays in FB this year are 8-0....NBA 0-1, NCAA BB 0-2 for an 8-3 overall record with the HIGHERNIGO's (20*)....that's the name of my MONSTER....
Also, did I mention, that COVER BOY (Neil) has HAWAII as his BOWL GOY....He's hard to go against.....

WEISS just got his exension from ND, however; I think it was premature......I feel Irish go down tonight, against a team, I'd say, are fortunate to have a bowl appearance, as well as the Irish are....
