Wake Forest -3. I have always felt that it is very difficult for one team to beat another team twice in one year when the teams are evenly matched. This usually only applies to the pros since it is rare when 2 college teams play twice in one year. Navy barely (24-20) beat Wake earlier this year when Wake turned the ball over 4 or 5 times that day. Wake's QB Riley Skinner had the worse day of his career. I don't think that is going to happen again.

South Florida -11 over Memphis. South Florida is playing this game in their own back yard. 90% of the fans at the game will be rooting for USF. South Florida has under performed all year. Normally I don't like laying double digits in an early bowl game but I think USF and their QB Matt Grothe have something to prove and will use this ganme to do it.
