You already know I downgraded the Cleveland / Cincy Under 35 Totals Play because of the line spiralling down to 32
I'm replacing it with Arizona at New England Over 44 which is now a Top Totals Play .
Of course please check the weather.
It's not nearly as strong as Atlanta at Minnesota Under ( Dominator TOY ) and Miami at KC Over , but it's still worthy of a Top Play nonetheless.
