Greatest NFL game 1958 Championship Colts/Giants

I saw this last night in detail, they colorized, digitized and added a lot of commentary with current and former players from that era. Very well done, anyone know if they are selling this as a dvd or anything??

I was born in Baltimore and was a colt fan before they were moved to Indy. I was born in 1959 but always heard about this game. I assume they will rerun this at some point.



Football was so different then but a lot of the palys were the same, Johnny Unitas was so accurate, unreal.

I saw this also and thought it was great. I grew up a big Johnny U fan and id have to say that he was even a better QB than i could remember!

Bill, my wifes uncle was next door neighbors to him and he attended a wedding for one of my wifes cousins. So cool to meet him in person, he was in his 50s or 60s at the time. I was surprised how short he was, really strange. Very humble guy.

When they did this i assumed they were going to put the DVD on sale right after the ESPN airing; it would make a good Christmas gift.

i haven't seen anything about a dvd though.

The show was pretty good but they shouldn't have had current players included in the discussion

Your right on about the current players They probablly considered it a hassle doing this and can give a rats ass about that game there was nothing in it for them unless they did get paid
