I live where wayne does and we had a severe ice storm and power outages galore. I think he lives in a neighborhood that hasn't had the power restored.

Went through the worst Ice Storm in state
history last December, 7 days without power,
10 days without communications, all we had was
hot water... Sucked! Mrs. Checkers was at her
ropes end by the time power was restored!

Lost power Thursday Night ,,, Not restored as of yet ... 20 degrees in his house but they are hanging in ...
