First NCAA BB play for me since joining the forum. Gonzaga -4 over Washington State.
Gonzaga lost to WSU the last 2 years. I read on the Gonzaga web site that Coach Few has brought in some of his former players this week to help his team better prepare for WSU and to avoid a third straight defeat. Evidently Coach Few looks at this as a big game. Gonzaga has a veteran squad while half of the 14 players on WSU are freshmen. WSU is 0-2 this year against a top 25 team and 6-0 against the rest. A stat that I found very interesting is WSU is 1-72 all time against a top 5 ranked opponent. Gonzaga is ranked #4. Here is hoping they are 1-73 after tonight.
