Had to do it, gambler yes, homer yes, NFL GOY yesterday yes, but $ comes first and I see a HUGE opportunity and I'm far from a homer this year, I know my team sucks.
WARRIORS -1 2200/2000
Gonna try and be quick as possible...
First thing you think, why warriors??? I ask you why OKLAHOMA CITY???
Warriors have lost 9 straight, Don Nelson has never coached a team with 10 straight losses in his career...
None of the main starters played more than 20 minutes saturday night at San Antonio...hence the blowout in the 2nd half...
One reason Nelson has so many wins is because he knows how to lose, why fight a war you cant win in San An when he could get his guys rest for a very winnable game tonight...he has done this once before this season, At NYK, and the next night the Warriors were winning in the 4th quarter at Boston...
They've actually been winning in the 4th in at least 5 of their 9 game losing streak...Doesn't mean shit, but who better to close one against than the team that has an even worse problem doing the same thing.
Houston to San An to OK city....day off then Milwaukee at home...can you say 2 game winning streak?? This is the perfect game to get a little momentum going.
I respect Durant, Westbrook, Wilcox and Green but I expect Crawford and Maggette to go off tonight with fresh legs and Beidrins will play his best game in a while. OKC avgs 90 ppg and I know our D is awful but there will be a strong effort tonight and our guns will be ready and rested for the offensive end. We all know tired legs equal less D, well that excuse is out the window tonight because everyone is rested. I'd like Jackson to play, but dont care if he doesn't, he has been off and Buke is ready to step in now that he's feeling healthier.
Thunder are 0-6 ATS at home after a road trip of 7 days or more, GS is 4-1 ATS in their last 5 road games against teams with a home losing record. We will find a way to close one out tonight and Jamal Crawford will get his first win as a Warrior...It may not be easy, but they'll show some pride tonight and get the win.
GOOD LUCK MEN.
