NCAA:
Thursday: Top Play on Rutgers - 10 over Louisville
Friday: Top Play on Buffalo + 15 over Ball State
Saturday:
Top Play on California - 35 over Washington
Top Play on Alabama +10 over Florida
Just Missed : Missouri +17 over Oklahoma
Of the 5 games I would have to say that California is the NCAA Play of The Week.
Alabama over Florida by 3
On balance, I still maintain that Alabama is the best team in the NCAA … with the best coach. Florida will not look like it’s usual self this Saturday … Alabama has that kind of effect on other teams. You’ll watch and think Florida is tanking but they are not. They simply just won’t be able to do all the things we’re used to seeing from them each Saturday.
I believe Coach Saban has the savvy and just enough talent on his team to insert the right game plan to neutralize The Gator advantages.
No one is even considering Bama when there’s talk of a National Championship. Granted , I was disappointed to see them open at +10 , first flash. If they were +3 or 4, I’d have unloaded on Bama with 2 wheel ballels.
If Bama wins this game they will be The Champions come January with the formula being simple … Saban + talent + 1 month to prepare for no matter who in The Big Game.

Linesmaker Games:
Dallas +3 at Pittsburgh … The Linemaker is telling me to call The Fat Ass and take Dallas and 3 so I will … with one hand on the phone, and with the other hand , crossing my fingers and holding them up to my personal God that The Cowboys offensive line provides primo protection so Romo doesn’t fumble away, or pick - 6 away ( or both ) this game on a cold, unfriendly day in Pittsburgh. If he does exactly what he’s told, Dallas should win a hotly contested , spirited game.
Miami +1 vs. Buffalo … I’m not sure if the game is to be played in Buffalo or Toronto. Either way this line is a stinkeroo, more so if in Toronto. Fish should be faves by 2-3 in Buffalo and 5-6 in Toronto. But The Bills are the favorite !!!!
So take Buffalo no matter where the game is.
