I supply you with this list of Dogs this week in the NCAA that have some value . As we all know any strategy that that uses all dogs is not the answer to the promise land , but because they offer value you " have " to use them or you to will be in the bread line .

They are not listed in order because I will not be the object of others anger ...... when as we know some off them wont make it.

In closing I will make this statement , its far over due that the MAC Daddy....... N. Illinois got thier butt spanked so we can put to rest all this BCS stuff . Bowling Green has the right mojo to do the job and they have been waiting for this one !

Interesting list.

It's time for "regression toward the mean."

Top colleges, like Univ. of Fla., teach us that regression toward the mean is a natural tendency to reverse recent divergence from the average. This means that teams that have ben doing poorly, and thus are usually underdogs, will tend to do better in the future. This is the origin of the expression, "Every dog has its day."

Based on this, there should be more winners than losers (against the spread) on your list.

I would change my avatar per your request but it is the only picture I have of myself, even though it was taken when I was very young. All pictures of me taken in my adulthood are in various police stations, and none of them would give me a copy.

I'm lucky to know a book that always pumps favorites by 1 to 2 points.I use him for my underdog plays.I'll check the list twice & hopefully find a few gems.Thanks for all your posts and all your hard work.

B.C. a really good choice in #15 .... BYU could be in my humble opinion a " make or break " type pick , they are not playing up to thier potential this season.

It is that time of the year for what you call regression , I have always looked at it as the mid-season adjustments on thier (oddsmakers) part . They have always tended to prey on the publics love for a favorite and they usually go a tad to far in that area about this time of the year .
