Wednesday Night CFB - Virginia Tech vs. West Virginia
Early college football action this week! Here is my play.....
1 STAR: Virginia Tech (-12.5) OVER W VIRGINIA
Going to lay the lumber here for a small play with the Hokies as they seek revenge for last seasons 21-18 home loss to West Virginia. The Hokies are 27-10 against the spread when playing with revenge and 8-2-1 against the spread versus the Mountainers the last 11 matchups; they won two years ago in Morgantown 35-0. I'm not too worried about Tech looking ahead to the matchup with Miami next week, since this game is being played on a Wednesday, they will have a few extra days to get ready for Miami and also the revenge factor should keep them focused. Hokies get it done here!
