yeah, they are truly the worst team out there. I can't imagine anyone picking them to clear. they suck!!! Not only can they not score, they had to play against Tennessee.

EXACTLY----I didn't need this game to determine Detroit was an awful team..........and you're also right about

Playing Tenn, who just lost, and is gonna rebound back, as they did..........against a poor Detroit team.....

I agree 100%. The Lions would beat any of those teams by 20+.

they were 4-6 against the spread prior to today

losing by 2 at minny , 7 at houst , by 4 at chicago and were winning the entire game, and by 8 at carolina when they were winning most of the game

sure they are bad , but we are betting with spreads not who is going to win straight up

the lions wouldnt even score 20 pts against usc defense. not a chance.

Well, Once Again, i disagree 100%. The Lions would make any of those teams look like boys, not men. If Oregon St can drop 30 on them, the Lions could do it as well.

pretty hard to beat anyone considering the lions cant even run a play out of a timeout (like today). lions would beat themselves, and usc has more talent and a better coach.

normally i laugh at college beating the pros, but not here. detroit is a joke.

To play Devil's Advocate, there is such a thing as frustration.
When you couple that with a hungry team coming off its first loss of the season and arguably the best team playing against the worst, I felt that line should have been at least 14 points if you wanted tot ake Detroit.

Couldn't decide between Cutler or Warner this week...think I made a good choice so far.

I'm tellin' ya', USC can look great 8 days a week against 2nd & 3rd rate College players but as bad as Detroit has looked against other NFL teams wouldn't compare to them playing a college team. Usc wouldn't dominate either line of scrimmage ... guaranteed!!!

They had 3 ex NFL Players talking about this last week on ESPN radio and all 3 laughed saying people are out of their mind if they think any CFB team could beat the Lions. As bad as they look in the NFL, it would be a totally different story against a bunch of 18, 19 and 20 year olds from any CFB team. It just would.
