Phoenix just squeaked one out last night by 1 against Ok City, 'without Shaq'.
That close of a game probably opened their eyes and Shaq is expected to play tonight.

Cleveland (-15.5)
I don't like to lay over 10 to anybody, but Ok City has covered two games in a row now.
I just don't see this (1-14) team hanging around to stay close against Cleveland at home.
