My wife watches shows on DVR while i sit and cap games beside her for an hour or two every night. She asks "Who we got" while i'm watching the games too. She always asks "How did we do last night?". I've never met a girl like her. She loves sports and never once in 9 years has said one negative thing to me about gambling. She knew about it when we met and she has always said "I would rather have you home with me watching games than out at a bar getting in trouble". I love it and she is great. Believe me though, i have my horror stories from past relationships and gambling too. Nothing worse than having to sneak around to get your bets in just to avoid an argument or dirty looks. Been there, done that. I have been in many relationships and every one of them frowned on gambling. I can't stress enough how great this one is and how lucky i was to find her! hahahahaha

congrats buddy and you are very lucky my girl has been good just because i have been winning.5 years ago had a bad year and caught alot of shit.now like i said before i gamble and she knows it but she know not what i win or lose daily if i lose i deposit so she does not know and when i win alot i put some $$$$$$ on my prepaid card and say i won go have fun with this $$$$$$ if you show a profit every couple weeks they dont care.i do try not to call in games in front of her to my local that stresses her out

well my night ended on a bad note...put in 75 bux last saturday.. built it up to 4400 and ended up losing 1800 on one night cuz of fucking college football and basketball. i told my gf that i'm taking out 3000 (as thats the max payout per week at carib)...so ive decided rather than trying to make that back, i put 200 on a 8 team teaser and im taking the rest out tomorrow.. since she already expects me to take out 3gs i had to make up some bs saying i need to get dental work and pay off hospital bills.. but from now on, i will tell her i bet only a FRACTION of what i won or lost. thanks again guys!

Now we're talkin...anytime I need a bet down I can call my girl and have her log in and place it. She knows how I get down, simple as that. I've had the girls that dont like it because I used to get flustered when I'd have huge losing days but in the last 2 years I've learned the whole marathon not a sprint concept with gambling. I definitely agree there are woman that are better off left in the dark, but personally I'm not hiding shit for a woman. It is what it is. My favorite is when the game is up on the wall and we're gettin it on and I sneak my peaks, I actually think it affects the way I give it to her...we go on a run, she starts gettin it hard. We're gettin rolled over, I'm layin on my back sneakin a glance in between playin with titties, win-win at that point...lol.

Granted I'm 24, not sure how down the old lady would be 10 years from now but I think a lot of it can come down to if you're the boss of your shit then theres no problems. At the same time, I'll spend $ on her when I go on a run so she knows winning is always in "our" interest. My advice, either sit her down and tell her not to worry about what you do with gambling, or be fully honest like it sounds like you are and find a way that both of you can happily function with your addiction
