Coming off a 3-0 day. Nothing but winners lately on my posts. Lets keep the train moving.
Ran #'s & looked at some other 'stuff'...models gave me this:
BSU by 13 & NIll by 7.
I feel more dialed in that Vegas...I guess Vegas feels -10 & -3 gets them started to see what public thinks. Early signs are line goes up for Ball & probably sits for NIll. Already seeing 10.5 so wouldn't shock me to see 11 by game time. Not expecting any movement in NILL since many will buy up/down for the extra JEEZ.
Motivation is key to both games. Who has more. Ball would like nothing more to do than close out undefeated season & get to a MAC bowl game then to Big Bowl, however they still have to beat WMU to complete that scenario. Season goes in toilet by losing since CMU most likely goes if they lose...lots of motivation for Ball. WMU has outside chance w/ win so they should be ready to spoil. Like the HOME field & should be big crowd. Weather, COLD a little wind so no issues.
Both NILL & Navy bowl eligible. Navy going to Congressional Bowl. Navy beat NIll last year...so is it payback? NIll should be a bit more motivated to secure bowl w/ win. I think NIll will have Navy game planned based on playing them last year & a decent defense.
302 BSU -10 (-120)
304 NILL -3
I think teasing these 2 works too & the Over in BSU game looks good. 1 thing I foresee is a possible late backdoor by WMU since Ball should be up DD. I'm hoping they clamp down &/or get picks to stop that possibility, however, CMU is only team to play them to single digit margin so the DD win is my call.
Pretty square plays but thats how I see them.
