Notes:
First and foremost … it hurts me deeply … more than you know … when people lose money from following my advice. Over the years we have prospered with my picks , but a week like this past week comes along and it’s very upsetting.
Last week I was 4-8 in the NCAA and 2-6 in the NFL … 6-14 .. the worst week in a long long time … an uphill climb right from game 1 when we got rear ended in the Miami Fla / Virginia Tech game by some second - string hack of a running back trying to con everyone into thinking he’s a QB , just like so many NFL failures do.
Then after that … it was one wrong side & total after the other.
This happens … not very often, thank God … but it happens.
Imagine the people who had big bets on USC over Stanford (one of the all time most suspicious games … you must check that one out ) , and of course the Steeler - SD game.
Anyway, the way my operation is set up , we must win each year ( the odds for each game are stacked in our favor ) and my hope is that you’re still fairly well ahead for this season. If you’ve played your cards right , you should be. Cherry picking and spot playing will always lead (long term) to disappointment and despair.
Once in a while we take a trimming and it’s best that we take it like men
Most weeks I collect, this week I’ll pay.
Again, it hurts when I don’t come through for the few of you who play my stuff.

Florida State +1 over Maryland carefully follow the line in this game ... if FSU becomes a favorite or pk'em and stays there on Saturday , make them a Top Play and not a Special. Play them as a Special only if they are a dog.

Penn State -14 over Michigan State
Iowa -5 over Minnesota

Top Side Plays:
Detroit, getting 9 at home, to defeat Tampa Bay … The Bucs are so brutally awful in this situation that I’m recommending a Money Line Play on The Lions … e.g. if you place 200 on Detroit +10 … make a 50 -75 wager on the ML. Yeah , I know it’s Culpepper and he’s nothing more than a pile of crap with cleets , but I’m betting he has enough to help pull out a win with the aid of Tampa Bay’s players tripping over one another , as they have done so many times in the past in this spot.
Tennessee, giving 4, over The NY Jets … Huge coaching advantage for The Titans ... I have a system on this game which over the years against the spread has produced 210 wins and only 26 losses … you read it right … 210 - 26 ATS. Not only that , but the average margin of victory is 10 points + per game … this is about as powerful as it gets … and yet it’s my 2nd rated top side play because I have more multiple compelling tendencies for The Detroit / Tampa Bay game.
New England, getting 1, over Miami … I’ll continue to back Coach B after a loss. In fact I’m expecting an easy game for The Pats.
Linemaker Side
Giants -3 over Arizona … Giants would be -9 ½ at home … a pretty strong line … a division leader ( Arizona ) in week 12 as a double digit dog sets off all kinds of bells and whistles … Adrenaline may propel The Cards for the first quarter or so , but a few good smacks on Mr. Warner and Co. can change things in a hurry . Fear will then take over and deflate Arizona, then The Giants should eventually win going away.
