I was under the impression that Frank retired some years ago and theres people using his name that sell plays.

You can find his plays under frankrosenthal.com They're posted before the games start but he always releases them early to his "clients" first so they can get down on the "better line". I've been on the site frequently and he's no better than anybody else. He's has his good days and his share of bad days. Just in here touting his good day like all the other services and squares.
Another thing, since when does one good day mean you're on a roll?
