Great stuff guys! These services are a frickin' joke - overall had to be one of the WORST weekends (college & pro) that I've ever seen for these clowns. It's a good lesson for everyone who actually spends money for this garbage. Stick to the fine cappers on this site, ignore the so-called touts, and you'll end up in the black.

we have so many people in geographical areas to steer people away from the real losers that pump the unknowing for hard earned dollars.

There is another group that advertises on Scores and Odds.com under the "Free picks" section that will bilk and hound people for everything!! Razor Sharp Sports is one of the worst...out of the Wisconsin/Illinois area......

I am also looking forward to basketball. I appreciate the hard work that EZ, Goldvike, Wayne, Homer, Memphis and others have done on football. It helps a guy like me who is a big sports fan, doesn't have time to do the research that you do, wants to win some cash, and doesn't want to pay for the picks. Since I've only been here about a year, I'm curious for more details.

So my question is this: how have you guys done in the past few years in pro and college bball?? I believe college is a lot easier to cap than pro. And it sounds like Memphis and Goldvike are all over some possible early lines and totals in college bball??

If I said it once I said it a thousand times here , anyone that will pay for a service ought to not gamble . Now we all like the chances of making a quick buck and the allure of wagering is documented since the dawn of time but everyday that goes by I see 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 thousand hits on that service thread and I sit here and chuckle out loud . I know also that there are those that say I dont have the time to cap this stuff , again I say dont play it then . Not a day goes by that someone in here dont complain about a service screwing them and for some unknown reason they keep going back to them for a fix or a f*** ( take your pick ) . This is not like having a girl in your friends closet at 13 years old , it wont come natural to ya , it requires tons of work and even then the oddsmakers have the jump on us that do all the work .

These #&@%$# that knowlez calls them are here to stay because they fill a need , and like it or not there are people who will carelessly give them what they want ( $$$$$ ) . The only thing I have ever found of high interest to me in the forums are #1 you can encounter some fine cappers , #2 you can try and help others to the water but you cant make them drink , #3 its always good for a laugh every once in a while .

Our locations as you spoke of are to our benifit but only if we use them !

Again I give the chair up to next fine jaw-bone and wish all the best !

My opinion would be to

take the first 3 weeks and follow this board on the people here that post regularly or post a few plays using THEIR SYSTEM. I would not name names here as I would forget someone. Last year I was well over the 60% mark in CBB as most games to play $$ on are never even nationally televised...There are some sites some of us played with for a while basically betting ALL GAMES for a weekend and for a month or two and still over the 50%++ doing that!!!.....

However, there is a gold mine to be made in the games like Sienna vs. Marist......or Middle Tenn St. over a non conf game in the likes of Penn St or Northwestern....There are also a lot of tourney games where home court advantange is thrown out and lower echelon teams will COVER a spread yet not come close to winning......

TO MY KNOWLEDGE THOUGH NO ONE here has the LUXURY of putting out picks all the time simply due to work, family things and such.....but I would bet if we wanted to WE WOULD HAVE ONE KICK ASS COMPOSITE SPREAD BUSTING GROUP!!

memphis i disagree, there definetly are some services that are honest and have made money for their clients for years, some even decades.

If I am a docter, lawyer or whatever and don't have the time nor the inclination to research games but would like to make some extra cash or i enjoy the entertainment value of gambling then why wouldn't i pay for a sports service?

there are good stockbrokers, mechanics, lawyers, doctors, etc....

You can't say "hey if you can't fix that car you shouldn't drive it", thats moronic.... At some point there is value to other peoples' service, the hard part is finding out which one has the value.

I'm not trying to start some shit but damn you guys really hate ATS. I must say they cost me alot of fucking money several years ago in football, but they got some of it back for me in basketball. Two years ago they went undefeated on Saturdays in the month of January on their lock club BB games and were up over 150 units by Feb. Two weeks ago in football they went 5-0 in college football and I think they went 3-1 on Sunday hitting both of their parlays each day. I know they tend to mislead by their advertising of winnings by having 900 phone lines, financial package games, and lock club games to mix the results up with. I'll even admite that I won't bet any of their football games again unless some other respected services are on the same side.

Before you tell everyone to avoid them like the plague, do you really have the facts on the ATS basketball lock club service correct? I know most people here are against paying for plays, but sometimes it pays off and it's up to the individual if that's the route he wants to take. It's also you right to steer them clear if you are certain of your feelings and facts. If a service that is posted here is doing well I would think it only fair that some people may give them some business and sign up with them. I have never seen ATS Basketball lock club plays posted here from the very start of the season. I payed for basketball plays two years in a row and won both years with ATS's lock club. I decieded not to sign with them last year, hoping that they would be posted here from the start of the season but they were not, and guess what, I lost over the season. I may not have followed the right leads here, but even when following plays from a service or a message board you have to stick with 1 or 2 individual services or cappers all year long here because it is too easy to play all the top plays by various sources and get burned like this past Saturday.

So, if we don't follow a service for hoops who is going to step out and take the early lead? I too am looking for some advise.

College: 66 Games over .500

Pro: 11 Games under .500


I did writeups with EVERY pick in College and many people who were here i think would say they were solid. College is (IMO) MUCH easier to pick and choose bad lines from simply because of the Talent differential and number of games each night. The NBA is FULL of Stars and on any given night can outshoot an opponent.

I reply by saying that not once did I say there are not honest services out there , nor did I say they all lose , even over decades . I will add furthermore that if one wants this for pure entertainment value its just that then ( entertainment ) and I still stick to my guns about my statement over paying for a service cause if one pays for it , hes no weekend warrior , hes in it for the bucks not the pleasure. And at what cost must pleasure take us ? if its at that high of a price I refer back to my saying " dont do this "

All in all I agree with your rights to do whatever you choose , but if you have to pay for picks " its a fix " not casual , not entertainment , not even for the bucks because the good ones dont share thier money with a stranger to do a job they can do for thierselves.

Once again I say its your choice and yours alone , but I havent paid for a pick for over 30 years now and Im not going to start now.
