Nice day yesterday but I am disappointed in myself for playing Duke. I never usually lay such high chalk and you can see in one of my posts I really had to convince myself of it and I shouldn't have pushed it. I guess it was only 1* so it isn't too bad.

Today:

NORTHEASTERN -6..this goes off @ 4:00 pm est. Where do I begin with this one, this is a northeastern team returning a lot of their team from last year and should be much improved from playing together/experience and all that chemistry related info. Meanwhile, they play an IUPUI team which is always in people's minds from their tourney appearances and their outstanding record from last year. IUPUI lost a lot of players and while they have solid replacements, they are young and I think it will take some time to get them playing at the right level. People are betting IUPUI blind based on name seeing them in the underdog role but out of conference they are nothing special and I think their inexperience will be exposed for a few big Northeastern runs. If you only have -6.5 I wouldn't worry as I have this as a 10+ point win.

The other lines are not yet out, if I like one I may come back and post on it later.

Hey guys, I got another play for tonight...

2*DUKE/GEORGIA SOUTHERN OVER 151...there are better lines out there but a point maybe but it shouldn't matter in this one. Look for some nice public money to flow in on the Under after they hit the over in both of these teams game last night only to come up short, twice. Here is what I like, Georgia Southern can move the ball up quick and score from in close. Duke has a serious problem down low imo much like last year. As for Duke scoring, well they were kind last night. Their 3-pt shooting was crap and look for it to turn around tonight. They are playing on their home court so they should be dead on after getting their first game over with. They won't fall into lapses as they will pile the points up on a more challenging GA SOUTHERN team that the team they played last night. GA Southern should also come into this one with much more confidence after pulling the "upset" win over Houston yesterday afternoon. It is a lot of points this early in the year and I am not usually an Over bettor because I don't like following games when I have the Over but this is a good spot.

And I am back again with a 3rd play for tonight.

1*HOUSTON COUGARS -13...We went against this team yesterday but tonight I am looking for them to beat this Prebsytrian (sp?) team pretty bad. Houston is a young team so I don't look for them to get too down after losing yesterday and I actually think they will be more ready having getting a game in. They didn't shoot well but they will be able to run circles around this Prebystirn (sp? lol) team. While Prysbestrian (sp?) is a VERY hard working team, they really got up to try to play with Duke and they did play with them for 40 emotional minutes. There was no give up in the 2nd half (unfortunate for my bet on Duke) but I think that they will get rolled over coming off the emotional game against a top tier team. I see Houston winning this one pretty big and I don't think Houston will let up at any point. This will only be a 1* though because I don't fully trust the Cougars yet and it is still early in the year.

ALSO, IUPUI's top returning player Patterson will NOT be suiting up for this one from what I am understanding. I am starting to wonder if they will stay within 15 or 20 at this point..

$$$ is coming in on IUPUI 2h for some reason, maybe people think their atrocious 3pt shooting so far will turn for the better. I don't and I am playing N-EASTERN -1.5 2nd half (off record).

good luck buddy. You have them -6 thats fine if they win minus 6, I have IUPUI +7.5 so we could both techinically win and I have a bigger play on IUPUI +12 with Georgia Southern in a teaser later so let's hope we can all be happy.
