That's what I wish you would learn how to do....you just generate frustration for yourself, hi blood pressure, and will eventualy cause you problems...

PS----35-40 years ago, I used to watch all the games, and get as frustrated as you.....I know what it does to ya.....as you get OLDER, antique in my case, you'll just say, oh well, lets lock and load for the next ones

thanks kapt for the advice my man. ur right and a true class act on this site!!!!!! nba season has started bad for me and frustration has set in. i'm just frustrated and sometimes can't keep my cool. anger management classes a great idea. keep up good work kapt!!!!
