What's up w/ Seattle line?

On Bet Jamaica all week the Seattle line has stayed at +9, but the juice keeps going up. It is now up to -135. Why doesn't it just drop to 8.5? I've seen this around a key number like 3, but at 9? I don't undertand line movements, someone care to explain? Thanks.

Probably for people to not be able to get -2.5 on 6 pt teasers IMO....

Yeah, not a huge deal, but I'd much rather pay -110 at 8.5 than get 9 and pay -135. I'm also just curious about line movements.

pinnacle has it 9.5 -105...best line out there but its no good for us
