I opened 1-2 Wednesday night, winning with the much improved Bucks, losing a close one on the Heat and a not so close one on the Jazz.
I normally stay conservative early in the NBA because I never do well in November but I've got a game tonight in which my own line is ten points different so I have to step up.
2* Heat -6
Miami is the most improved team and has a lot of scoring power. They played very well in a loss to the Knicks. Sacramento is starting the season on a four game road trip and couldn't beat the T-Wolves, a team that is much worse than the Heat.
1* Bulls +10
Chicago was very impressive in smacking a much improved Bucks team. They are one of the deepest teams in the league so the questionable status of Rose and Thomas doesn't bother me. As for the Celtics, they are still being valued at last year's power ratings. Perhaps they deserve it but I doubt it.
