Disclaimer- I might take 5 nhl games the entire season. Like most, I don't really follow the league, but I do follow the Bruins (somewhat).

Bottom line is this, the Bruins are on a 3 game road trip to the middle of f'n nowhere (edmonton, vancouver, and now calgary). Won the first two games (back to back) 1-0, and now wrap up their trip in Calgary.

Simply fading them in a very tough spot at the end of a trip after two big hard fought wins, facing a tough team in Calgary who is at home and won 4 straight.

Thomas hits earth tonight...Bruins playing their 3rd road game in 4 nights on the West Coast...Calgary has also won 4 in a row and Kiprusoff playing much better getting a shutout at home in their last game against the Avs...Bruins will not win all 3 west coast road games IMO...1 goal in each wont cut it tonight inf Thomas has to continue to bail them out...

The above was my reasoning for my pick on the Flames tonight...GL to us!!!

I really apprecite the disclaimer.

Way too many people show up and scream GOY when they just want attention. I appreciate your approach. I'm in on it with you and I know almost nothing about the NHL right now

The remaining part of it to start the 3rd period I hear ya...Flames have looked pretty good in this game with a ton of chances would have liked a couple more PP conversions in the 2nd period but at least we are getting all the calls...that Flames penatly wasnt even one dude was just finishing his check but B's deserved their first PP of the game after we had like 5 in a row...the end of the period almost gave me a heart attack with all the Bruins pressure....whew...
