First thing I want to say is that I have SUCKED big time in college this year. I did the same thing early last year and finished decent at the end. I hope it happens like that this year.
Second, I am an LSU fan but I am a fan of money more. I have said to numerous guys on here that I felt LSU was overrated because they have no QB and their DB's are way overrated. I didn't like them against South Carolina or Georgia and they easily could have lost to S. Carolina.
Anyway, that being said, my play is
380 - 4* - LSU -25 (I think this will go up)
My reasoning - IF LSU would have beaten Georgia or even played quite better, this line would be in the high 30's or low 40's. Tulane is a very bad football team. If LSU would have beat Georgia and the line would have been in the high 30's or low 40's, I would probably have played Tulane BECAUSE of Alabama game next week for LSU.
LSU cannot look towards Alabama next week after playing has bad as they did last week against Georgia. LSU needs to blow this team out by 4-6 TD's. If they can't beat this Tulane team by 4-6 TD's this week, Alabama will do the same to LSU that Georgia did.
I know LSU QB is out - and that is not necessarily a bad thing. Tulane's leading rusher is out and THAT is a bad thing.
Again, this is not a homer call - and it might not be the right call - but this is the type of situation I always look for towards the middle to the end of the college year.
Anyway, enough BS. Thats my play and the "New college Goats" approve !!!
