I appreciate ya asking that question, but your answer is already htere......I always rate my plays 1-5*, with a rare 10* HIASIGO play....

Buff is a 2*
Houston is a 3*....thus Houston is rated 20% higher than Buff....
The teaser is 60% Higher than Buf, and 40% Higher than Houston....

Hope that clarifies/explains my rating system.......
