Hey guys, slowly came back earlier this week with a 2 unit play on the Phillies in MLB for Game 1 of the World Series, won that which was great. Made a personal play on the Rays last night for 2 units and won that. NHL is whats killing me right now. Cant hit shit. I have spent 5 hours today looking at angles and really have hit the grindstone with my picks for today, hopefully it will all be worth it. Here's what I like on the ICE tonight...
How can you go against New Jersey? They are hot and their goaltender is the best in the NHL. Biron gets the start for the Flyers who havent won yet. Biron in his lifetime is 5-11 against New Jersey, thats a percentage of 31%. Brodeur sure has seen enough of Philidelphia in the past and he is 42-21 career against the Flyers. That's a win percentage of 66%. I'll take the 66% tonight, the home factor for New Jersey AND the fact that New Jersey is 9-1 SU after a non-conference game (90% in this situation tonight) and Philidelphia not so good, 4-14 after 3+ consecutive losses (22% in this situation tonight.) Gotta go with the Devils laying the juice.

Not even touching the Anaheim + Ottawa game, cannot even cap that game tonight. I like Anaheim however Ottawa got embarrased last time out on their home ICE, don't know if it can happen again. Anaheim with their backup goalie, Ottawa with theirs, yuckie poo poo. I kinda lean to the OVER in this game. Let's do the OVER now that I think of it, over 5.0 for $55.00 to win $50.00
I have no respect for NY hockey teams after the Islanders got embarrased and lost me money against a team that was playing their 3rd game in 4 nights. Therefore I do not like the Rangers tonight on the road... Im joking... well not about losing the money, about picking them on that reason... Lundqvist for the Rangers has never beaten Columbus, their on the road, LeClaire has been phenomnal against the Rangers, 2-0 lifetime. Rangers are 2-11 SU in non-conference games or 15% of the time they'll win tonights game. Go with the undefeated goalie at home tonight

Atlanta and Detroit im staying far away from. Atlanta cant score and Detroit sucks at heavy favorites, doesnt change my mind on the game however.
San Jose looks good in this spot tonight. I really like this team this year. Meg, do you love me now? lol. Nabokov is a stud and he is 4-0 lifetime against the Panthers. Vokoun on the other hand hasnt been terrible against San Jose he's 13-8 which is respectable however look at this stat, San Jose is 9-0 SU away off a road win by 1 goal. Take the Sharks.

My pick of the day would have to go to St Louis. They get Los Angeles at home who cannot score to save their lives. Not to mention Los Angeles in this position is 5-18 su as a road underdog of +100 to +150. Legace for St Louis is 11-2 lifetime against Los Angeles which is awesome, he's home which is great and St Louis is 20-14 SU after having won 3 of their last 4. Let's double up on them.

One play in college football tonight... I think Boise State is a great football team however cannot go against the Spartans at home. Spartans are 6-0 ATS at home. Everyone I asked thought the line would be Boise State upwards of 14.5 to 15.0 before they looked at the line. Something is fishy and catchy about 7.5 and 7.0 in some books. Seems too good to be true, I smell an upset or a very close game.
