if it's true that they were juicing the gun 3-4 mph for Pedro last Sat? I read an article somewhere that read that they were inflating the gun for him to get in Yankee hitters' heads. His hardest pitch was near 91, and they would have benched him b/c of his arm had they not been in the playoffs.

Don't know about last Saturday, but I did hear on the radio that his fast ball was consistently topping out at 88 mph last night.
