Wayne----different types of cooking down south....I can readily understand where you're coming from....Southern cooking is indeed one of the top tastes IMO, and I've traveled and eaten in 46 states and 19 foreign countries....You'd like it, especially the variations to sea food that they create....

Vols Fan----yes he owns his own reataurant....Fat Tuesdays.....one of the fines eating places in the South, in Mississippi......ask LSU Jimmy....
    Thanks Kapt.I'm sure it's good

My #1 all time meal is surf & turf, Steak & Lobster. Give me a NY Strip with 2 Lobsters and some melted butter. I want more than the tail, even though it is the best part ... give me the whole lobster!

If i went to JT's place with my wife, she would want to try everything ... and i would be asking if they sold cheeseburgers + fries. It's just me!

Thats it, Red Lobster for me and the family tonight.Hey,they have a lobster pizza as an appetizer. You could have all three of your favorites at one time

I'm just now getting my wife to eat different seafoods and things like that.Hell we just went and ate Mexican for lunch today and she was like "How the hell did I eat Mexican without sour cream all those years before I met you".So you never know till you try it.

If i have to do weird stuff to the grits, i'll just skip eating them!
