With apologies to Kaptain for blatantly stealing his thread title on OSU/Texas... I received an email from a friend with some material from Ron Prince, KSU coach.
"You think they hinted what their focus is going to be this Saturday in Manhattan?"
"There's a way to win every game," (Ron) Prince said. "The kicking game and turnovers will have an impact for us in a positive way."
The Wildcats lead the nation with seven blocked kicks — four punts, two extra points and a field goal. The 'Cats have also converted four of four fake punt tries."
I do think that OU's offensive firepower (specifically Sam Bradford) will be able to offset a K-State score or two that may be induced by an OU special teams cluster fuck(s)...but that stat about K State's success blocking kicks will probably keep me from eating the chalk in Manhattan this weekend. OU's special teams play has not been good this year.
